How we raise the best Black Angus Beef

We are a family of seven near Cannon Falls, MN who are active in 4-H and FFA. Our kids help run the farm and care for the animals. We have been farming in the mid-west for over 4 generations,  driven by a passion to raise the best quality meats in the world. We have been breeding our animals to yield the most tender, well-marbled, and most flavorful meat on the market.

We started this effort because we wanted to provide meat to everyone, the way we get it, unadulterated, direct from our farms and the best butchers, at reasonable prices.

We choose to cross the best-tasting heritage breeds for pork, Duroc and Berkshire then feed them a special diet to create the juiciest and flavorful pork you will find. We breed our beef with a combination of Angus, Shorthorn, and Simmental genetics to create tender and highly marbled beef. All of our animals are raised with the utmost care and best environment possible, with no unnecessary antibiotics or hormones. 

We want to provide you with the best meats and let you choose how they are processed to meet your dietary needs.
